    I only get 1 hr in a day for individual training. My aim is to sharpening basics . How should I work it focusing only on one thing at a time or doing different things in different days. Now I am doing wall juggling and high juggles everyday .

      I think if you have any weaknesses, I would try to focus on that part and work on it to improve during your individual training!

    Hey shin , i train in the morning but i am all sweaty and tired so should i directly head to the gym?
    Or should i go to the gym and then train alone as gym is not very tiring . What do you say?

      If you have time in your day to fit in a gym session later in the day, then I would do the gym session later in the day!!

      If you feel fine, definitely!! I do that sometimes and I know players who also prefer that👍
