Hi Michael…I am 70 and I am so frustrated that I keep getting “tennis elbow” in my left arm. I rest it, ice it, rub it and after staying away from weights for more time than I like, I injure it again doing arm curls. Do you know what I am doing wrong? Thanks for your great videos.
