I love how Ronnie took the conversation off of Bobby. This isn’t a Bobby interview it’s a New Edition interview and I know Bobby is tired of talking about his loss and drug addiction over and over. People go through things, some of us get through it and some of us don’t. Bobby is one of the people that got through.

i didnt realize that what he was doing. He did interject so it was intentional. Lets you know he was protected that area of Bobs life. Good Observation. She could have generalized his loss, and not put up pics to invoke sadness for viewers. You have good emotional intelligence to catct that
Right. I’m sure he’s tired of talking about it. It’s one thing to lose a spouse but two children!? It’s unimaginable and heartbreaking. I know Tamron is doing her “job” but sometimes she comes off as insensitive.

Had to go wipe my eyes after Ronnie got done and Mike finished. They are so blessed to have each other. I definitely feel what Ronnie said Bobby is a giant for going through the losses he has suffered God knows who can handle it. I love those words because it is exactly how I feel sometimes. I know I would be a complete mess watching things that people have gone through. This was a heavy part but a blessing also to hear.

My favorite Tamron Hall show I soo loved seeing New Edition my all time favorite singing group!! I loved seeing Bobby Brown, and so happy they ALL are finally united as a group 🧡🧡 The kindness, love, support, and faith in God was so inspiring. We need these guys to reinspire this world I am so tired of seeing so much of the new, and now we need old school back again, there will never be another NEW EDITION!! (I LOVE YOU RONNIE IN MY SCREAMING FANS VOICE!! 💞💞💞💞🤗🤗😅😅). Back in the 90's when New Edition came to my city I went to the show, and couldn't talk the next day from screaming I did 😅😅😅😅 and as if that was enough I actually was able to get another ticket for another show while they were still in town, and I was just in heaven! I sure hope they're coming to my town for their tour I'm a young 57 and I will be there screaming all over again 😅I am one of their biggest fans, thank you Tamron for this show I looked at New Edition videos all day long on CZcams since seeing your show, and literally I got nothing done today, lol🥰🥰

My daughter met Johnny at DTW after the Aretha tribute. The fact that he was gracious enough to let her snap a picture for her mom still melts my heart! I’m so proud of these brothas and my idols. I feel like I relate to these guys alot. It’s like I’m looking at 6 older versions of me. Always been and still am inspired. Ronnie and Mike got me emotional on this one.
Ronnie definitely spun her narrative by deflecting back to the group New Edition & what they collectively are about & always have been. The ins & outs of a 80's boy band coming from Boston Mass projects to become one of the greatest r&b groups in history is certainly an achievement worth more than they every imagined! These brothers doit for the fans and it definitely shows! Perseverance is the key to success & having unconditional love holds all things together! Loved seeing the unafraid display of men loving and being supportive of one another- and not being afraid (or caring about what people think) when it comes to men showing other men affection 👏
We need to see more Men stand up and be less afraid of showing other men a hug or an "I love you, I see you; you're not alone". I truly believe if we saw more of this, so many young men and boys wouldn't feel lost, neglected, suicidal or turn to drugs. Positive male role models and healthy support systems so much needed!!

Now this is true resilience- putting all else aside for the brotherhood. Not many groups come out on the other end, they did. Love them so much. The emotions are raw- love it! What an example of what a group should be.

I love these guys because they are for me the ultimate entertainers. Of course we all know they're awesome soul R&B and rock stars but when you pull down the layers you find all kinds of wonderful thing's about them that make them so special to so many people. Some of the things I love most about each of them is their humble nature and they're always kind and respectful to their fans. I feel God destined their lives for greatness and we the fans will get to witness new NE talent that I believe will be sensational.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This was a short segment but she could've went around and gotten perspective on the entire groups opinion on their project and not just focused on Rickey's "silent" addiction and BB well-known trials. But Ronnie and Biv ended it properly basically saying that even though they're a group, they are also one. Mad respect to those brothers for their longevity in the game and their loyalty to one another after all these years ✊🏾
NE always! 🤩 those fellas are super stars, friends & sweehearts. i saw them in my town about 3 years ago, they are letting bobby grieve on stage as publicly and as long as he needs to. ronnie, ricky, ralph, mike are a rare breed.

NE is a Super Group. I been a fan since "Candy Girl" I'm proud of theses dudes.
I just love these men. Seems like I grew up with them. Their posters were all over my bedroom wall. Most girls had a favorite and Ricky was mine until Bobby went solo and I then fell madly in love with him! My 1st concert ever was seeing them at Six Flags in Arlington TX. A little while later, my older brother Terry new how much I loved New Edition so he took me to see them again in Dallas TX. I was 14 years old. Then 30 years later I heard on the radio that New Edition was coming back. I called my big brother Terry and told him. So 30 years later, he took me once again to see them in concert. I will cherish those moments forever! So happy to see them still together and doing well!

Those 80's New Edition Albums....Being a teenager in the 80's was a blessing. I got to experience the best of the best.
That was sooo good of Ronnie to pick it up. That was taking Bobby to an emotionally low place. I felt the pain as he was talking. Why bring that up as these brothers have gone through hell & back. They are showing truly brotherly love expressed so eloquently. Then Mike picked it up from Ronnie’s emotions to express they’re all going through. God has pulled them through 40 yrs!

I joined the Army in 1985. I remember hearing CandyGirl on the radio before I went to boot camp .I was thinking these kids are pretty good .It's been an honor to watch them go from boys ton men.

Love how they're showing by example, and telling everyone to believe, and not to give up bc things will get better for them.

When I think about 4tops, Manhattans, Ojays, Temptations, Sly and Family Stone, Whispers, Stylistics, the SPINNERS, Osman brothers, J5, and many more, NE is part of this incredible experience of best to do it! What we're looking at here is one of the last of a fading breed. Showmanship, pivotal talent, brotherhood, love, resilience, etc etc.
Despite life experiences, they remain united. And to see these kings still rocking it, is a wonderful thing. I'm glad their back together as a whole. I've been telling people it's gonna happen. They're family 4eva and They deserve their respect and appreciation.

You know what's so beautiful about these gentlemen which I saw push their career to the top. I was around when Candy Girl broke through back in 1983. When they came to Long Island doing their show in the early 80's. I saw them Live after Bobby had an hiatus from the group. These gentlemen are legends. Especially, when Bobby blew up in 89. When Johnny Gil came in that ensemble he just added to it. Bobby really went through a lot, especially in the last ten years. You can see he's just humbled by it all. Life beat you up sometimes. Comforting each other is why we are here. I respect these men. I wish them all the best in their future endeavors. Anything after this, is icing on the cake.

Love these guys. My family and I live not far down the street from where they grew up in Roxbury. Being born and raised in Boston and idolizing these guys growing up, it is really cool to see my daughters also now loving their music and being inspired by them.
