He gained 30 lbs of lean muscle mass faster as a vegan than when he was a meathead. He gets other dudes at the gym asking him his secret all the time… and he is 51 years old!! I swear… he does more animal activism at the gym than anywhere else. Keep it up, buddy! Show them that vegan power!!! 💪

I hear the argument about how hunting the animals yourself is not as bad as modern-day methods -- So being directly involved in the taking of life is somehow better? It's all equally bad -- directly or indirectly, being the hit man or paying the hit man. It does take more cruelty to work in a slaughterhouse or be a hunter but pretending to be ignorant of how the food got on your plate is dishonest and just as wrong, killing is killing..

Great job in this interaction! The guy said that humans ate meat in the beginning to be "stronger," but that's not true. Humans were always meant to eat only plants, physically and mentally. Humans just became tainted by evil and started viewing animals as soulless machines and commodities, and it's been downhill from there.
@@veganpowerlab a meat eater would argue it's been part of diet for hundred thousands of years. A plant based consumer could say it's psychology better not to kill. Compassion is a superior nature, one may say it could extend to all sentient beings, and I don't think that would be incorrect to say.
