Seriously. All those cops showing up as a "show of force" during his first courtroom appearance was such a clown show. This guy was not the shooter and did not pull out a weapon during this entire ordeal. Yes he's a felon, yes he had a weapon, but the police trying to act like he killed the cop is stupid. He's already trying to pin the gun in his car on the shooter so we'll see how that goes for him.
Why did Officer Diller request that the suspect exit his vehicle? This happened in Saint Louis as well. The officer stated that the suspect’s truck was stolen. The suspect shot him in the head. The man’s truck was never stolen. My civil rights were violated the last time I got out of my vehicle. The “officer” did not give me a chance. Sometimes rejection is your best protection.
