This is what happens when you have trained 100% properly using all the correct techniques AND have gotten all your muscle groups working together. I don't "lift", but I used to be a speed swimmer and did some lifting, and people were always stunned at how much weight I could work out with even though I was a 'pencil'. I was never in this guy's league, but I was still able to stun several people in the gym.

Anatoly is brilliant, he has extraordinary talent in his power lifting, by looking at him you think he would break in half lifting those weights, I love to see there faces when he does his lifting, it makes them feel inadequete. 🤣

I love how he told those 2 guys lifting that they weren't using real weights. I don't know why guys use those fat plates that only weigh 25 lbs. I guess they want to give the appearance of lifting heavy weight when they're not at all.
