    May I ask how often to evaluate for pre op patient regarding the pre op preparations?

    hi how often can u re evaluate the pain which is 5/10? in homecare setting? every week?

      Pain of 5/10 should be re-evaluated every 30mins and reduced to either 2-3/10 within an hour or two.
      If 'Pain Persists' then you'll need to 'Refer the Residence to the Pain Management Team'.

      You have done that by T - Teaching the patient how to either use the Inhaler when they have any difficulty in breathing (Asthma) or measuring their Blood Glucose Level(Diabetic patient) and Instructing them to use call bell whenever they feel uneasy or ill....
