    Thanks so much Seema for the hard work you doing. I really love your videos, keep the hard work up. but I want you to clarify something on the drug DOCUSATE SODIUM 100MG TD. this means the interval is 8hours from the first administration which 06.00hrs, this means the next dose will be 14.00hrs and 12.00hrs as you confirmed from reading the prescription.i think the next dose will be at 14.00hrs and not 12.00hrs. thank you.

    Hi Seema, great explanation. Can I please ask why did not add the drug Rmipril at the last page at omitted doses? I thought after you code a drug we should write it at omitted doses. Thanks.

    Do we need to put sign or intial after giving medication and also do we need to put date along with time

    Can l administer due medications with a start date but no end date (antidepressants and Ferrous sulfate)

    Would you plz mind that how to document the omitted medicines at the end bcoz only 10 no. Reason is mentioned in the omitted section. Where to mention other durgs omitted for other reasons

    Hello maam , thank you very much for this video.I have a question on the codes , so is it only those medications coded 10 that are written at the back of the chart on omitted doses? Thank you in advance

      No. You have to describe at the back the reason why you omitted any dose, independently of the code used.

      Hi Maam ,please if a medication due at your time 14.00 is in the once only medication segment but it is also in regular medication segment .what does that mean ? Will i still go ahead and give or code.

    How does your stat medicineb become valid? There is only prescribers sign is available, and you missed bleep and name thr.

    Your antimicrobial prescription is also wrong.. Finish date should be +6
