ohyeah, forgot to add that the person who manipulated me all that time, he was 2-3 years old then me. my age. twas fucked up. always acting as if he was my boyfriend even though i made clear he was not. and whenever strangers asked us if we were dating, i always needed to be the person to say no, and he would just stay quiet and just sit there holding me as if his life was depending on it. but an adult doing this to a kid is way worse my lord
I had the exact same problem with being a so called "waifu" to someone because it was so popular back in 2019, I was new to the game also so it just hit me in the face. I was 22-23 then though so I just told him that he can't be angry at someone constantly when you're doing something like going off to talk to friends or not contacting him at a set time (it was constant anger), he even got mad when I joked about stuff, tried bribing me with making an avatar for me all the time, if he could see me now, making much better avatars, ha!

Jackson's a manipulative predator who made advances on a minor. He was repeatedly trying to isolate, guilt-trip, and gaslight her. Classic abuser. Emily made the right move by blocking him.

I hope you did block that asshat. You don't have any reason to feel bad about ending the friendship with that guy. He was controlling and selfish, and turned everything around on you. Go have fun and hang out with friends! I wouldn't even worry about that guy anymore!
It wouldn’t be okay to do that to an adult but those words are messed up to say to someone who’s not of legal age
emily there one rule you should know about vrc and online friends in general is that dont take them seriously if someone keep blaming you for something that you feel like you didn't do anything wrong then just stop being friend with them. i understand that its easier say then done because losing friends is hard but really most of the people online and in a social game like vrc are not to be trusted. the one who seem like they got the best intentions is the one you need to keep an eyes on the most. on the final note i hope you learn something from your experience and try to be careful in the future. best of luck to you. Sadly I've been in a situation just like this numerous times. It is terrifying to be on the reviewing end of this, the fear of upsetting people, and the fear of screwing up.

I've personally gone through a lot of very manipulative situations, including VRC. I tend to be more reserved about these stories, but I feel awful for this poor girl, and no one that young should deal with that sort of manipulation from adults. Jack sounds like someone who has no idea how relationships work. I feel bad for who ever dates him. Its sad how many girls you see in a relationship with guys like this and to make things worse. The girls will defend him saying things like "He's not always like this" or "He really is a nice guy. You just got to know him" as they turn a blind eye to all the red flags.
I have called guys like this out before, and they throw a fit like a child. Well. In VR. In RL they are cowards, and I'm usually bigger and stronger lol.

We need the gang server members back that attacked pedophiles and groomers specifically in vrchat and discord. They were a godsend, but now most are too scared to even use basic mods to optimize their own game in fear they will be removed or permabanned/ipbanned from the servers. Idc if you were against the gangs in vrchat and discord, but the ones i am talking about were the real heroes that vrchat/discord cannot be.

Telling a sexual predator to just stop doesn't work nor does hiding their identity, if that was the case police would not exist. Maybe revealing the OBVIOUS SEXUAL PREDATOR to others so they can report or block or I don't know CALL THE PROPER AUTHORITIES may help more and more naive little kids from being used and manipulated but good video.

strange question, but are you using Maya to create clothes models? if not, then what program is this?
Have you ever considered using beveled curves to make hair instead of in vroid? While a bit more tedious at first it gives you way more options and better results in my opinion
What is the program called that ur using for making clothes? I really wanna try it! Also an interesting story and I love the model. I always like to listen to the stories while making my own model!

i kinda had a similar situation but i didnt let him to me, i always turned his compliments about me down and stuff.
He always wanted to hang out with me and cuz i just had broken up with my boyfriend ( i kinda ditched all my friends for him lol ) he was my only friend at that time.
I also didnt notize he liked me until i talked about that to a friend.
And even tho i told him that his compliments were making me feel uncomfortable he still proceed to do that until i stoped talking to him. lmao
i personally hate to talk about that cuz i fell very stupid and i should have seen it wayy earlier but i just didnt want that to believe, i only wanted a good friend which was kinda hard for me to find cuz everyone keeps falling for me ( guess iam wayy to hot for y'all uWu ) but compared to that story tho nothing bad happend lol
