Would like to have one for a 9 x 13 cake pan. That will give you something to work on for another video. Always love making your projects.
Thanks Pat. I needed another project😁
Thanks Christine, I could have done with a couple of these on Sunday...
At least you'll be prepared for next time Jane😁
Awesome job I like the idea of reversible
Thanks Linda😀
Thanks Christine, great project easier than the ones I made. Great!
Thanks Janet😁
Thank you for doing this video. Clover heat ruler is great for doing the folds on the small pieces.
Thanks for the tip. I checked it out, I actually have one of those, but haven't had much success. I'll give it another go😁
Oh I love this one, thank you
Thanks Faye. It's such an easy project😁
Thank you Christine. Especially for the cutting tip. Im guilty of holding my hand flat whilst cutting so I won’t be doing that in future. Made me very aware 👍👍. Lovely casserole pot holder. ☺️
Thanks Christine. Once you get used to crawling along the ruler, you'll feel more comfortable too😊
I really like this way to do the handles. I have done them with one long handle along the diagonal that is looped through four small loops on the corners. Your way looks so much better and easier. I agree so much better to only quilt one side as going through the lot does cause puckering.
Thanks Margaret😁
I love this Christine. Great instruction and especially the safety procedure.
I think I will make these for Christmas gifts. Gotta think ahead. I have a tendency of waiting till the last minute to make gifts. Not this year😁💟.
I'm a last minute kind of gal too Barbara😁

Gives me the heebees to see the way some people wield their rotary cutter. Fingers don't grow back you know.
Great little project and tutorial 👍 😊💐
Me too Sue. I do tend to carry on when I see them poorly used.😁

Thank you Christine. Especially for the cutting tip. I’m guilty of holding my hand flat. I definitely won’t do that again so you have made me aware. 👍👍👍. Love the casserole pot holder. ☺️
Not something I would ever make for myself but I always enjoy watching your tutorials - good job as always
Thanks Lesley😁
Another home run and a great and useful project that will be a great addition to my household collection and can pair up with the bowl cozies &/or oven mitts for great gift ideas. Thank you for sharing your creations. Are you going to be making them to sell in your shop and at what price if you are? I love waking up to your videos a perfect way to start my day and great inspiration. 😄🤗
They'll make a great accompaniment Judi. I'm not planning on making them for the shop though as they'll take up too much space.
@@ChristinesHomeAffairs ahhh😒😒 I think I am going to fold mine up into either halves or quarters and tie them so people can see the materials and have one set up with the dish.
@@judifisher8703 that's a great idea 😀
Do you use any social media for advertising, you have great ideas, I have a sinful amount of scrap fabrics, now I can use what I see you do to give some creative ideas!
Thanks Rebecca. I post a lot on Facebook community pages😊
cute project thanks for your video would this work for a 9x 13 pan?
The pan I've used is 13" x 13", so I think it would work😁
Hi Christine. I hope you’re healing nicely after your shoulder surgery.
I really like your casserole carrier but I would like for it to carry a 9” x 13” dish. Would you be able to tel me how big I should be cutting my fabric. Thank you.
From memory this one was 12" square, so i'd make one side 1" longer, and the other 3" shorter. Try it out with scrap fabric wrapped over it first though😁
What means of advertising do you use!
I don't use paid advertising except for my paid subscriptions on Australian Made Page and MadeIt website. I do post on free social media pages though😊

Thanks Joy. I see the pies in your emojis 😁
“If you get into the habit of closing it, you’ll never have an accident.”
You cannot begin to imagine the types of injuries I saw while I was the secretary of a surgical/trauma intensive care unit in a U.S. Army, level 1 trauma center hospital in San Antonio, Texas, that also served the civilian population. I ran through nearly as much … ‘stuff’ … that dripped onto the floor as did the nurses - God bless them - and the docs. Sometimes, but not always, the smallest traumatic injuries could prove to be the most life threatening. ALWAYS retract the blade on your rotary cutter!! Don’t make me come over there and smack you! You have been warned by both Christine and me.
haha, my students used to scurry quickly to check their blades and scissors were closed when they saw I was walking by😀
