1/3杯現在我不能計算給你是多少克, 因我家中沒有糯米粉, 你倒一些溝好的粉漿落平底鑊測試, 如果腸粉太厚下次減一些粉漿, 如果腸粉太薄下次加一些分漿, 把你倒進的粉漿份量記住。
老實說,大家都在外國生活的香港人, 見到這些家鄉食品, 還可以在家做到是非常高興的。 我在蘇格蘭的郊區住, 最近的唐人超市都要開車1個小時。。。見到這條影片猶如吃過了腸粉, 好味啊!我試做過了幾次都失手,非常遺憾, 但會按照這個影片再試! 祝大家成功
