Ingredients:
Shrimp
rice flour(100gr)
Corn starch (40gr)
water( 1 +1/2cups )
Marinated:
Oil,salt,white pepper, cooking wine.
Sauce:
Soy sauce( 20ml)
Sugar(5gr)
Water (20ml)
Sesame oil (1ml)
Steam 2 minutes then put shrimps in, and steam for another 2 minutes.

E Ng yes, but it depends on what kind of 太白粉 she’s using in the video, in Taiwan they’re made out of tapioca, and in Japan will be potato

拍攝的好專業 片頭的腸粉看起來真的好吃,雖然我住廣東也常吃腸粉(腸粉發源地)
腸粉看似簡單但要做的好吃米很重要 一般都是用很差的舊米因為舊米黏性差,然後再加上澄粉及玉米粉用大火蒸來吃,不過之前被報導出攤販為了增加口感有添加少量硼砂來增加口感,所以自己做會衛生些,之前自己為了研究腸粉還花了錢買專用設備約1萬台幣就有,大火蒸煮起來確實比家用蒸氣大很多且口感好,但是玩個幾次就不玩了太浪費瓦斯且設備大要洗麻煩,畢竟只是玩玩並非要營業,主要腸粉要好吃皮要薄口感自然好,米漿最好用石磨口感更加,嘿嘿畢竟自己愛吃腸粉也研究好幾年又花點小錢買當地師傅的配方。。。說真的腸粉蠻適合台灣人口味的,我們公司的台幹都蠻喜歡吃腸粉 但不是每家都好吃,最早起源的腸粉是布拉腸粉czcams.com/video/_anEGAoedKg/video.html

市售的腸粉真的超快因為大火蒸氣又猛,蒸一份只要30秒不到就算加了牛肉也一樣(當然牛肉是片狀)
