I'd still say so, probably... collabs never come back and he'll be strong for a long time. If you always look towards the good units in the future from JP version, then you'll never pull for anything. Powercreep happens all the time

How's the new Chris?
She's fine but outclassed by fes chris. Vast majority of top ranking players are using fes chris but there are still a couple people in top 50 using the new chris. So she can work if you don't have fes but definitely not optimal.
