Doing some basic math you can clearly tell the numbers just don't add up. A new trader's break-even period is on average 3 years. He mentioned at @19:14 he was making $30k monthly at 18 when he started trading at 17.

We read news in the media that doom and gloom is coming and we just accept it, doom and gloom doesn’t always have to be coming, I’ve read numerous success stories of people that are pulling off tremendous gains of up to $250K within weeks in this crazy market and I just want to learn how to achieve such figures.

Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless
The key to big returns is not big moving stocks. It's managing risk in relationship to reward. Having the correct size on and turning your edge as many times as necessary to reach your goal. That holds true from long term investing to day trading

I traded for a few years and it's amazing how even a few thousand more dollars can take you to a whole new level of making money. It's just getting that first bit of money that is the hardest. Once you had the money, it's soooooooooooo much easier to make more money because you're good at it now.

I've gradually built my finance and made my first $100k through investing, and with what I’ve learned investing, given enough time, solid investments have the potential to double the initial principal amount, but many investors are instead attracted to the lure of high yields in short periods of time despite the possibility of unattractive losses before even getting out. So the onus is on newbies to beware.
Part of what makes that first $100,000 harder is that you're new. I made rookie mistakes (dividend investing) for the first year or two, and investing wasn't that routine. It took over three years to reach the $100,000 mark, with a 10% return happily accepted. The second $100,000 took a little over a year after I switched to growth stocks. Once you get good returns, start throwing all of it at it. Get a bonus? invest it, Get a raise? invest it, tax refund? invest it, Fiancé returns her ring? invest it.

He says he is trading the US indexes. Then he says he trades futures. Then he mentions his broker is HeroFX.
Bottom line is the only way you can trade indices through Hero is using highly leveraged CFDs. Trading CFDs is illegal for US citizens. People open accounts with HeroFX via bitcoin transfer to minimize the paper trail but trading CFDs is so leveraged you can more easily blow out an account trading them than you can with futures.
He mentioned 2 brokers: HeroFx and what was the second one, again?
