We actually never got offered once, even at night. The only people that did were the people standing outside of the drug stores every 50 feet and trying to get us in to buy their watered down pharmaceuticals.
Everyone has different situations, just because certain things happen to someone doesn't mean it's guaranteed to happen to others. Saying "being offered drugs every step you walk" is a pretty extreme exaggeration as well.
Surprised that it took over three whole minutes for you to get approached by a salesperson. Must have been an unusually quiet day on 5ta xD
