That was very cheap and quite quick for waiting times.
Very cheap, quick and the antibiotics worked so no need to be too worried about medical care in Lao unless you have some serious medical conditions.

Ended up being a boil. A 5-day round of antibiotics seemed to do the trick, but it heals very slow and painfully. Still hurts to sit so wouldn't wish it on anybody.

Best remedy to get rid of boils is to soak in luke warm water with Epsein salt . Try it. Btw, how are you so fluent in Lao?

Don’t rule out bedbugs as the cause of that thing on ur butt. Me and my family have had these painful infections and 3 or 4 at the same time.
At this point I understand why people are so quick to get help with the smallest things. Anything can escalate into something serious quick in this climate.
