The original extreme skier, Sylvain Saudan, used to also practice on steep gravel faces in the off season.

Great stuff here Jonny. Made me ski a few seconds faster. I gradually added 10 holes at a time until I ran out of hill. Also, after a few minutes rest when finished, running up gave me more cardio. I always wore light hiking boots with some ankle support. Felt a little safer. Tip to the world: Don't wear your brand new $120. athletic shoes!

@xXmxrider21Xx Haven't you been watching the olympic games? That is all it is. I'm not saying that it is easy because that is all it is. These guys have incredible speed in their hips and knees to be able to keep their body still while their knees pop up and down into the holes.

Jonny: Don't know if you check comments, seems you started skiing at 5 y/o and then went hardcore. I attached my 6 year on a practice, 1st 2 minutes moguls on ski boards for balance skills. He really seems ahead of any other kids in our area, but mogol comps aren't around our area. If you could review, do you think he has a natural talent that I assume you had at this age? Advice on getting started? Thanks!

@xXmxrider21Xx because he is going through the motion of skiing moguls.... it's summer training.
if he were skiing moguls on that exact run he would look almost the exact same... except more knee bending..

OMG this is so amazing: what a training !!!
The last run is so perfect.
One question: what is the most difficult, in the dust or on real snow ?
    Anyway, I'm still a big fan. ;-)

because when you do moguls you jump in the holes you dont go over them.

You absolutely pissed me off when your beat JLB with your must grab. I F'n hated you! But..... I grew to like you over time pal. You're a bad a skier with a great assortment of tricks in your pocket. The kids can thank you for making mogul skiing what it is today.

Hey Jonny, if you read this could you please answer. I was just wondering what ski would you recommend, Hart world cup, or id one MR-CE? Do you happen to know which one is lighter and would make it a little easier to wrap around the fulls or cork 7's? Thanks
