The brake lines are Goodridge and we bought them from Tirerack (they were on sale for $50). A lot of places sell these brake lines so shop around to find the best price.
No, still using the OEM master cylinder. Additionally, we bought a proportioning valve just in case we needed to adjust the rear brake pressure but we didn't use it. The car is very light, especially the rear, and rear doesn't lock up unless you REALLY slam on the brakes. In other words, you can do this swap without making any other changes to the brake system.
