Trion 2 @ Jln Chan Sow Lin, KL : Hot spot, 1 MRT station away from TRX and Bandar Malaysia.

  • The first 'phase' for this series is very impressive. It is the tallest high-rise residential in KL and remains so to date. Facilities were very impressive too and at the ground floor, were commercial lots with had a healthy mix of tenants. Part of the first phase is also a hotel that is a French midscale hotel chain owned by Accor.
    This property that I'm reviewing is the second 'phase', which was recently completed early this year. Hence, there is a high benchmark set for this series. Can this second 'phase' live up to that expectations?
    Location wise, it's very close to the city centre. Walking distance to a LRT and MRT station, which is a minute train ride away from the new financial hub of KL.

    I think the project is missing a nice spacious lobby. Roof top area look very tight making the pool look not so attractive. Unit layout is ok, just that without balcony. Ya I like the elevated jogging track.

      Yeah, I agree with your views. If they would have make the lobby bigger, would have been a wolrd of difference. Either make it bigger or double volume. From outside, looks decent, doesn't look that cramp.
      Elevated jogging track looks awesome but not sure how practical it is in real life (to jog)

    Actually, the whole project get hard carried by the jogging track, the kids swimming pool, the large swimming pool and that particular surau... hehe....
    Nice video btw... Nice to hear your voice, its kinda like motivator or business coaching voice!
    Honestly, as Langkawian, we hope that this kind of project will be coming to our "Permata Kedah" as soon as possible when the economy gets better....

      TQ for the kind compliments. The location la, that will be the main selling point. This surau still OK, if you check my Bloomsvale video, tempat lagi best, but surau memang sedih...
      Oh, Langkawi!!!! One of my favourite places for holiday in Malaysia!!! Pantai Cenang (Jalan Pantai Cenang, to be specific) is just magical...the vibe and the mood...love it.
      There are quite a number of new condos which are on par with Trion 2 at Langkawi, bukan ke?

      @@JackChang27 1 coming soon at pantai Chenang, just beside the underwater world. Another 1 probably at Maha Tower, but it's depends on the current phase, if it selling hot, it will speed the whole project.
      I would really like it if you can do the review if this projects completed.

    Many facilities provided but doesn’t look high end, exsim did better job in terms of facilities dress up and workmanship etc

      In general, yes, Exsim has the upper hand based on past projects. But there are also some misses by Exsim, such as Expressionz Professional Suites @ Jalan Tun Razak. In general, as a property gets closer to the city centre, generally harder to give good facilities while maintaining the an attractive price.

    Facade cantik, facilities look like unhappy and sad looking one, not as bright, fun and nice looking facilities. Mcm poor design, colour and structure 😂 sky awani 3,4 yg harga 300k lg cantik.

      Pada pendapat I, SkyAwani 4 gempak coz of the surrounding, that is a key component. Jarang ada project macam SkyAwani 4 yang ada such 'open, modern and colourful' surroundings. Tapi kena maintain la, community kat sana. While Trion2, surrounding memang out, very dead, the industrial area, after 6pm. And its old, tu yang buat macam miserable. Nevertheless, location is key. Nak gi TRX, jalan kaki 7min, MRT 3min, walk to office maybe another 5mins, dah sampai.
