Great Vid! Is there another video that talks more about them links tho?
Thanks Man 😀
This the videos I been looking for. Great job man I’m watching all them. Wish I seen this earlier forgot to buy the Monte Carlo shafts.
Great video!!! You had me looking at all my remotes trying to see which one i left on lol.
I have to work on that lololol my ADHD fubars my focus control, the effort it takes to focus on the video content I end up blocking out my surroundings I swear I almost dont hear it when hyper focus is on lololol
Excellent in depth mod bro!
Thanks for sharing the love my brother 🙏
can you explain how to install the rear skirt on the 64 Impala.
What shocks are you using?
I like that little bounce up when ya hit it up
I modded mine without buying extra parts.
Im using 64 rear with, jevries skirts and wheeIs.
ground down a pair of stock plastic hex nuts, down to the lock pins(about half the stock width).
then i filed down a bit of the threads on the axle rods, so the jevries spinner would tightly, bottom out the wheel.
no mods on the wheels or body, frame. I have good clearance.
That's another way to do it, I bet them Hex thin ASF tho
Question when I turn off my car wheels go all the way up off the floor already adjusted the horn still does it?
Will the kandy and Chrome coil modified shocks fit the Monte Carlo?
Yup 👍🏾 you the man 👨🏾
how do I order the rear skirt for my 64 and also the Monte Carlo narrow shafts
L👀king for what servo horns you got for the front servos of the Monte… I have broken three of those already, haven’t been able to find a plug and play aluminum replacement to date
I got you Homie.... These Direct swap. They 25T and M2.5 screw that will fit the ball screw and lots of colors

@@NorthSideCustomRC Thanks for taking the time out to send me this, I truly appreciate you doing that for me. May I ask, how are these length wise in comparison to the the original parts? I know the originals bump heads at the lowest height setting for the chassis, will these perform the same? I seen a video where Jevries had to shave a pair of horns down so they were small enough to fit the same, and I believe you said in the video you have a found a short pair not shown on this video or are these the good ones you were speaking of.
@@NorthSideCustomRC DO you have a instagram for your lowlows? It would be cool to see some glamour shots of your fleet. My instagram handle is the same as my CZcams name
@@beezieone No worries, I try to get to all comments. I have em uncut on the Monte and its tight, they fit, but a dremel cut will give them more room but its not needed. On the 64 I use them for hop and steering and they dont need to be cut
@@beezieone My Instagram really more focused on my full size build, mostly pics n videos at the car meet and race track.
@TwoDubCoupe
Im putting together a build breakdown videos for the Red 64 soon and have 2 Monte build in the works.
I do need to do some nice B-Roll footage just have to find some music I wont get hit on copyrights
Doe the car come with side skirts?
Excellent Video. Thanks! I will definitely start off giving my 59 Impala the Monte Carlo axle swap! Right On!👍🏻
It just works so good 👍
@@NorthSideCustomRC I was thinking about going with thinner hexes but that still wouldn't be enough. 👍🏻
@@Carlosinator the factory are 4mm thinking its as thin as they get, window great with the Monte axle tho we need bout extra 2mm each side for clearance this gives us 3mm each side to play with
@@NorthSideCustomRC Right On. Have you had any issues on your 64 Impala where the rear chrome section separates from body? I've seen this on many Redcat Impalas. I've reattached mine a couple of times with 3M tape but keeps separating. Maybe battery and plates are too high or possible conflict with shocks at speaker bumps? Faulty tape? Idk. ✌🏻
@@Carlosinator it tends to happen if your rear servo horn push into the underside of the interior tray tweaking gge body.
You see body tweak as you lower rear to lowest point
Them pushing into the interior tweaks the body and my back end was all separating n shit.
On black factory interior for the red convertible I cut out where servo arm touch n put a rag top cover . I'm waiting on a new rag top cover I'm painting white then gonna cut my white interior also cuz it hits n tweaks body without cutting.
I recall it doing this even with everything factory stock. The rear servo horn hit underside of interior
I wanna purchase the hex in blue 7mm where can I purchase it,is it redcat or Jeveries website
