How to FIX Out OF Range Signal on PS4 (HDMI & Monitors)

Do you want to know how to fix your PS4 Out of Range Signal when your using an HDMI cables on monitors and VGA cables. This is very easy to do. To fix the input, turn off your PS4 and then unplug the HDMI cable and the power cable and leave it unplugged for 1 to 2 minutes. Then replace the HDMI cable, you could try a high speed hdmi cable. i use hp w2032a monitor , when i safe mode ps4 and choose change resolution , monitor black screen and noti : input out of rage change setting 1600x900 . HOW TO FIX IT ??

I play my PlayStation 4 via a monitor In my bedroom, and my tv is wall mounted just a short distance away.
& here’s where the issue is, there’s been times where I wanted to watch some football on tv whilst chilling on playstation but for some unknown reason my tv will not show any signal whilst the playstation is turned on and connected to the monitor but as soon as I pull the HDMI cable from my monitor or ps4 the signal will come back on.
Any one else had any similar issue in the past & found a fix?
Do I need a better quality hdmi that won’t cause interruption that goes from ps4 - monitor?
