Thank you!! This was the only solution that worked. My monitor suggested 60.000 hz refresh rate but that still didn’t fix the problem. I tried 75.000 and that got it done. Try all refresh rates if the first option doesn’t work. Thank you very much for this video

If you can't adjust the Refresh Rate as shown in the video...
1. Follow the steps in the video until you get click the correct refresh rate
2. Click on "Display adapter properties for Display 2" (the number can be different)
3. In the popup window go to the "monitor" tab and adjust the refresh rate there. Your monitor should come back on.

I tried this but it still keeps doing the black screen.
Somehow it does flicker black screen a few times. It also shows that input signal out of range and it says that i should put it to around "1600 x 900 60hxz" like that i dont remember but i did do that but it still keeps doing the black screen. Please i really need help.

depends, if you are using PC then you need to connect another display to change the settings
Can i ask how u did it with the laptop because when it says to me change settings to 1600x900 i can't change it without getting onto the pc and i can't get onto the pc

Bro you need to connect with another monitor and then configure your display settings. and fisrt thing is this method is mostly for 2nd display for laptops. however you may try this for your PC too.

Input signal out of range please change to 1680*1050@60 Hz
If this didn't do it for you and you have an NVIDIA video card, you'll have to go to the NVIDIA control panel, and change the video display there.
