- Tinker's Tools don't have much clarity in terms of gameplay for D&D in fifth edition, so lets fix that!
Gone are the days of picking a throw away proficiency because it comes with your background! Welcome to the system that allows you to enhance your clever and terrible tinkerer with actual abilities to back up all your talk!
With the Homebrew Workshop we will slowly tackle each tool proficiency from Alchemist's Tools to Gaming Sets to create systems that allow for heightened player character development, and a focus on additional features to highlight player interests and skills!

Clockwork Kite. Basically a folding hang glider that fits in your backpack... Really only useful for spellcasters at lower levels, or for martials who want an alternative to spells.
Grapple hook attachment for crossbows with a clockwork winch. Be Batman!
Clockwork net launcher?
I can design an item to do that if you like, plus how much fun is it to be Mabel from gravity falls "GRAPPLlING HOOK!"

A Cheat sheet in what way, a PDF printable version of this system or a sparknotes sort of notecard reference guide?
@@ohcritdnd Printable PDF with the Tinkerer's tools size, complexity, integration charts you showed with descriptions. Just all the info to have in a DM wall for a tinkerer user class
Absolutely, it may take a bit of finessing to fit your particular setup but I have updated the Description of the video to include a Link to the google doc i have on the system :)
