Today the 9th of August is exactly 6 months since my implant. And I literally gap exactly at the same spot, I might have to do a second surgery as well but my doctor said not to worry it should get thicker by 9 months
Your hairline is looking healthy, thick and natural! I think If you got another procedure your hair would be near perfect. I just hit my 6 month mark and I think I will also need one more procedure but Im going to wait a year.

Even though you have doubles and triples in the hairline, it does not look bad. Maybe because the contrast between your skin and hair is not a lot.
Hey Matt, glad you are back. I love your positive attitude about the hair transplant. I think you have the correct strategy to let your hair grow out longer and then cover the mid-scalp thinning area and get a second transplant in a year or so. Let me ask you, have you ever considered using Toppik or Cabooki hair fibers? I think your hair would look fantastic if you used it during the growing out phase and year wait before your next transplant. Keep up the good work and stay positive.
Hey Scott! Thanks for your comment! Yeah you have to stay positive cause it is not the final result yet. The important thing is, that it looks much better than it was before. Yeah, one friend asked me about the Toppik thing but I havent used it so far. Yes, I think I will try it out and make a video about it in couple weeks when my hair will get longer.

Great to see you posting again. You're right, you can see the difference between your native hair and the hair that was transplanted to the front because as you mentioned, that native hair is naturally receding and that isn't the fault of the clinic as the first transplant was to recreate a hairline and fill in where the hair has receded in the front. That being said, when you are looking forward and not putting your head down so that we could see the top of your scalp, you really can't tell you are receding as the transplanted hair has hidden that, once you put your head down, you can definitely see. From the looks of things, one more transplant to fill in that area you pointed out and I think you will be just fine. You're young still but what I notice is that you might be one of those lucky guys who won't lose your hair in the back on the crown which means all you need to do is fix the front part of your scalp and you will be set. 6 months in and its looking better and better and even though you said the hair was transplanted up, from what I can see from this video is that as your hair grows longer you can style your hair forward if you choose to do that as well. Great work and post more frequently.

Thanks for the update... Will U be going overseas to the same place or will U be doing it in the U.S.A. ?? I found a doctor on U-Tube that does it with a manualFUE method in Istanbul Turkey... It's about $2.50 per graft, still less than in the U.S.A.

Im in my 5th month now, and Im a little worried, got 2000 grafts in the front and temporal areas. The front seems realy dense and nice, but in the temporal areas its not as dence. You can see through and see the scalp in bright light. Do you think it will get better or should I start thinking of planning a second ht... :/
I would wait at least until the 10th month mark

Looks like you got pubes on your hair :) But no worries, the hair will become much softer with time. I also did an implant on my front line. You may use smoothing such as the Yves Rocher serum and/or mayonaise for 30 mins before shower, if you wish.

I don´t remember bro. It was long ago. But it is individual. Some people lose many hairs and some people lose no hair after 6 months

Matt, please before after photos and how many grafts transplanted (plus thickness and hair per graft if available). Without these, we cannot have any idea of your situation. Please, bro, you're on this subject for a long time, you should know better. We never see technical details from you, and I think this is mostly because your clinic sucks as hell, doesn't do any calculations and analysis or hide them. So you also lack this info and cannot make a clear evaluation for yourself. For example, did your clinic tell you your max donor capacity, and how many left for future use, how much was your FU/cm2, how much now? Any even rough idea on what percentage of the grafts transplanted did actually grow into actual hairs on your scalp? Noone here in Turkey ever heard of such a clinic, but sounds like they built a good business out of you German speaking guys thanks to advanced marketing strategies. Your hair and transplant looks good, but you were just receding just from the front and mid only, no vertex receding anyway, this must have made your clinic's job easier. Come on, bro, my Turkish lira is cheap paper, you've euros (which is like gold here in Turkey), you can do better than that next time. Anyway, thanks for your effort for this channel, there aren't many with such content on web.

It's easy to overanalyse it and find faults when we've a video with this mere topic in front of us with a guy pushing it into our eyes and discuss it in detail.
