The white bits that popped up are actually your hair follicles swelling with liquid from soaking them for a bit too long. Nothing wrong with doing it once or twice but definitely don't soak them for that long daily.

maybe he got it in turkey like a ton of people do because of quality and cost, a hair transplant that costs 10k in uk is 2k in turkey

I spent a ton on my transplant in US but you get what you pay for sometimes. I only did 1100 grafts for my edges/corners.
