Since I began eating once a day, so many illnesses and body problems started slowly dissappearing. I started working out, crossfit and heavy lifting, on an empty stomach. @@navibangia4622 Honestly I eat whatever I know have proteins. We tend to spend too much thought on what to eat. Personally I have never measured or put on wheight, anything I have eaten. That's personal preference and what goal is in sight right..
These 2 last years I have gone to almost 100% vegeterian and trying vegan also. I love em both. Combine with Vitamin D and B, lemon water for the C, a big spoon of Apple vinegar after the food, walks in the sun, Omega 3.. Combining all these rather basic nutrition and habits you can go without food for several days and still feel great.
What has been the best for me with eating once a day must be the level of focus and the sense of enlightenment. Also my muscle management vs fat.
I do not encourage to start fasting hardcore btw outta of nowhere. Doing it slowly but surely is the way. Skip breakfast for instance and eat your first meal at 14-16. Your second and last meal in a 4-6h window and maybe after 2 weeks only eat one meal. One big meal with proteins and veggies. I barely eat any carbs and if i must it's rice, spaghetti sometimes. I throw whatever I have to eat in my cast iron. BBQ chicken, or broccoli, onions, mushrooms etc. I always make a stew of lenses or beans. Throw in chopped garlic, onion, carrots =)
When I feel to spoil myself I bake some bread. 1-2kilos maybe, by hand and let it rest for days in room temp. I take and form 1 or 2 whenever I wanna eat. With that dough I also make pizza. Google all this, its free.

Cooking food improves digestion and the absorption of many nutrients ..some cooking methods reduce nutrient levels (50% at the most) especially boiling...I would definitely say grilling is potentially the worst method as I'm sure a lot of people don't remove drippings and minimize smoke well enough. Surprisingly, contrary to most people's belief's, microwaving...yes, microwaving is one of the best ways to cook food, as well as steaming....all that being said, if you cook your food, you WILL lose some nutrients depending on the cooking method and food type in most cases. Bit of advice. Ive been thru many stomach issues. Hospitalized for it and im 6"3" 150 pounds. I dont over eat but my build is genetic naturally skinny. SO!!, Your not supposed to lay down with food in your stomach!! The acid will go up to the wrong parts and it wont digest right and youll definitely get inflammation problems especially "heart burn" dont eat a full meal b4 bed..but if you happen to have a little snack..lay on your left side, it will cradle the food . Your right side is where the food goes after it breaks down. So your only creating more acid in areas its not supposed to be. And a doctor actually told me i was more intouch with my body than average people. And I didn't learn this from the doctors...i learned from them unable to teach me anything. So i only eat what i need, i feel it. And gluten is not good!! Its not that certain people have an allergy to it, but most people dont realize it is effecting them from headaches, skin break outs, brain fog and especially inflammatory anywhere in your body wich contributes to all kind of disease. And most won't even connect that its from gluten, I did..not the doctors. They couldnr figure it out so i did. Its just most can tolerate gluten withought getting deathly sick like I did. Im just intune in other words sensitive to it. Its not made to eat, its for shelf life. Its scientifically modified. And this was ten years ago when i started to notice something wrong...berore the big gluten free thing even happened. There was no hospital tests for it then. And soon after millions of others where also getting sick from it that why it blew up. And as soon as i took it out of my diet. No problems after 4 hospital stays. No tests then. One more thing...licorice root is great fro stomach issues. Among other things if anyone needs help do some research on it.

The only thing I can completely agree with is we do not need 8 hours of sleep everyday.

When i started the 9 day Navratri fast(twice an year), i for 1-2 days used to feel the headache but after 2-3 times, even that went away.

If you only eat once a day because you’re too busy to actually sit down and eat, then that’s not a good thing and she was probably causing her body years of damage through stress.
Glad you’re not with her anymore. You don’t need that shit in your life, homie

True! I did this for 8 years. I had a job before and I did sleep maximum 4-5 hours per day, sometimes even 2 hours. I did eat at 11 am in the morning and nothing more until next day 11 am morning, and believe me I did work a lot. During this gap of not eating, I was drinking water, and I never felt tired, sick or horrible. And I had more energy to do things, I was more positive! When I have empty stomach I feel better! People said I am a crazy person, but on that 8 years period with this programe of eating I was feeling and looking perfect! Now, because of a differrent job I eat when I am hungry, every hour if I am too hungry, and I don't feel good and my body feels tired, maybe I have to return to the old me...

im in the same boat. we've become sluggish because our body is always working to digest unnecessary food intake. we have to challenge our bodies and get back our energy. good luck, hoe you feel better

Last year I fasted for 18 days. No food, no weird drinks, just the best quality water I could find. I lost 35 lbs, all 5 of my senses heightened, the inability to concentrate.. Gone.
    Irritability... Gone
Mental clarity peeked in and said “Hey girl!”👋🏽...... I felt amazing. It was a daily mental test because I literally WAS NOT HUNGRY after day 4.
You know the most disgusting thing about my fast was that after 12 whole days with not a morsel of food..........
💩💩💩.....gross.Firm believer that we do not need to eat everyday

Great speech! Also our prophet Muhammad s.a.w. says there are 3 ways to seat when you eat food. Automatically you eat less and will be healthy.

Between my meal there are 24h, I'm on a Keto diet plus IF plus OMAD during my 24h fast I do dry fast, no food, no water, tea, coffee, nothing. Feel amazing. Most of the time like 90% I do that, but there are days when I do two meals a day with 6 hours fast between the meals, just for variety, not to get my body used to the same regime and to shock it from time to time so my metabolism to be speeded.

I really want to come to your yoga center and spend sometime there, full of positive thoughts and vibration. After seeing your videos I came to Coimbatore and visited Isha and was lucky enough to get a glimpse of our Sadguru speaking. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
