    Great job on this entire video documentary! One thing that you did not cover though, locking the crankshaft and where the port can be found to do that through. Any way you could look back through your footage and show us that one position in a part 4 for example?

    hunt4fish did you ever work on the 1000? mine is leaking oil.around oil tank I believe. .

      Pat, just got this comment. No never worked on the 1000. This is my Expedition 800 I was working on there. Did you find the problem with it?

      hunt4fish no its leaking motor oil.. I think it's the seal on the pto side of the motor. some times it drips down on the snow under her when I'm in the woods... thanks for the reply..

    What was the reason for doing changing the chains

      The timing adjusters were in to their limits and I was afraid the chain would wear the aluminum casing whichmadeup the engine. Check it out on dootalk. Lots of problems withheld chains
