Thank you for this review! It looks very interesting and something I would try. I have a question - do you have to apply any products before using the mask, or does it just go on a clean face. Hi beautiful 🤩 I’m so happy you liked it. So no, you do not want anything on your skin when you put this on because you want the laser to be able to penetrate through your skin easily. So what I do is I clean my face at night but I do put a very fine hydrating mist (of course the Caudalie one 😂) I put that on right after I do a double cleanse at night and I put on the mask and then I do my nighttime skincare routine right after the mask. Last night I did the 3 mins red and 3 min blue because I definitely want anti-acne. I don’t have crazy acne, but I do break out sometimes around my chin area due to hormones or whatever it is. 😅 yes it’s definitely a slow and steady process and takes time to show results.
I actually don’t mind it because I see it as a very Zen moment for myself in the evening time.
