There is the hottest egg yolk pastries in ShenGang District in Taichung! Most of the egg yolk pastries were handmade! They used the Anchor butter to make the egg yolk pastries full of milky flavor! They also used red bean paste instead of red cloud bean paste. So, it tasted very yummy! If the egg yolk pastries use red cloud beans, they will taste greasier but smooth!
