White may have been 3 pawns up but the Queen having to babysit g2 for nearly the whole game was more than worth it. Fascinating game thanks KC

A brilliant idea, very topical with the Naka Fabi game yesterday. Thanks KC.

"...with careful play." - something that always applies to Alpha Zero!

Unfortunately this is very outdated clueless version of Stockfish , the newer version is dominating Alphazero , in 2023 more or less ...

I think you have totally the wrong end of the stick here - I am trying to present instructive games e.g. like games of Capablanca. Having Stockfish 8 as a tactical victim is okay for the idea of an instructive game where the opponent is strong tactically.

@@kingscrusher Am not mad at you Mr Kingxrusher , am just mad at Stockfish 8 for completely missing the plot in this game ... he should've known better :->

@@nonavailable4000 But it is just evolution of chess engines - Stockfish now uses NNUE so it is dominant again even against Neural networks like Leela. The point though is that it can inform players wanting to improve their chess about how to use methods like installing thorn pawns, etc as positional weapons. The games still have instructive value.
