Oooh I love these ideas! I don't have a master task list setup personally (at least not for right now), but I can definitely do a tour of my overall planning/goal-setting process and how I turn those into action items to keep me on track throughout the year 💪🏼

On a mac, clicking the "fn" button opens up the emoji menu! Scroll down and there are a bunch of cute symbols. Otherwise you can also literally just google "cute text symbols" and tons of stuff should come up!
