Kerby rosanes is one of my favorite coloring book illustraors! He's very unique with his drawings but the detail in his art is insane. I have so many completed pages on my fb... have fun with this you can make them look so cool. Prismacolor is the best 👌

Wow, This is Amazing, I Did have an Animorph book, but was told there be no way I would be able to colour it, So I Gave it away, Amazing what start believing if your told it often enough.

I wasn’t sure about this book to start with but Iv seen 3 colour alongs now including yours and there changing my mind.
I just woke up from taking a little nap and checked my notifications and saw that you uploaded a video and it made my day! I love your videos so much! As I was saying I love Kerby's books but not this one. There is something about it that looks like it was a rushed book probably the publishers pushing him for another book to release. Glad to have it in my collection but won't be doing anything in it just feels off. 🤔😩 Sorry everyone that loves it.

For me when I started looking through this book I saw things similar to the movie Avatar. So I think I'm going to go with that kind of color scheme

Hi Lucy, this is fabulous, i have started it and am enjoying it so much, so thank you, I dont have all of the pencils you have but will find somethink to use, first time i have used my Inktense with success
Watching in bed making my mouth water ‘chocolate’ fancy some but ate it all!! Going to try and order those new colours and definitely going to follow this, love those colours too, I don’t use my Inktense nearly enough so this is great thank you 😊 😊

I have this book, and several other Kirby’s, but they scare me because the pages are so intricate. I appreciate so much how you break a page or pages down to something quite manageable. I also love your humor - you had me chortling with your, “ugly unmentionable object” comment. I never would have thought it, much less seen it, until you spoke the thought into existence. And now, I can’t unsee it, even though the whole page is done. 🤣 I must find some of that mod podge extreme glitter! Perfect stars! Oh, and the black sky worked much better! I don’t have the Derwents, but I have two sets of watercolor pencils with matching colored pencils to use over top - Brutfuner 180, and Staedtler Ergosoft 36. Hopefully I can find close enough matches so that my page turns out similarly. Thank you for a delightful afternoon!

Tremendous colouring, as always, Lucy. Still won’t be going in my basket though 😆 Hubby and I love Cyprus. We were going to buy an apartment there, about 10 years ago, but, I lost my job. So, finances were very tight. Lost our deposit, but we count ourselves lucky not having it like a noose around our neck when everything went into lockdown.

Lucy I finished 1 chapter and had a problem with the paper buckling....I did not use hardly any water, my publisher is penguin Random house and the book says Canada even though I ordered it in the US...just curious what book you have and if the paper is different?
My paper buckles too Debbie so while it's wet I put clips on the edge so it dries flatter. I hope that helps x x
