Beautiful goodies Lucy! I e had the Lulu Mayo boom for a while but am yet to colour in it. I really need to do something about that! 😝 The Green Ivy books are on my wish list! I hope to get them one day!!

Wonderful video, thank you! I love love love my Albrecht Durers. I use them dry, wet, dry on wet … I’m not the best blender but I love the way they lay down and layer, and I don’t think I could go on without them at this point! Always a treat to hear from you, thanks for being you ❤

I screamed WHAT????? when you showed the Klara Markova books...and then I immediately started crying because I felt such happiness for you! I know how special these books are and how much you love her work. I have one of her books and the cost to get them to the U.S. is about the same as the U.K. so quite expensive, but they are so worth it. I hope to have all of her books someday too. I'd love to see you color in all the books you shared in this video...they are all so very special.

I absolutely love Fairy Wonderland! When I saw the fairy sitting in the pomegranate in my copy, I immediately thought of the story of Persephone from Greek mythology, but that's where my nerdy brain goes 😂

Lovely books, I looked into that book that Lulu Mayo was listed as Illustrator, and discovered this book is from 2016. It could have been what started Lulu's career.

Lucy, you receive all of these fabulous gifts because you are a fabulous gift. The past few years for me have been terribly difficult and you, K’s, and my sweet friend Lovella’s videos have provided me much comfort. A new video is like an unexpected visit from an old friend with a spot of tea and a biscuit. I absolutely love your colour with me’s and look forward to some out of your gorgeous new books. I’m still working on the second dragon from Johanna and I’ll show you when I’m finished. Unfortunately, my Father passed away last week after a brief illness and my creative lens went a little foggy. But I’m clambering back and putting pencil to paper again.

I’m safe from the cyclone 🌀 we had we lost power for awhile lost our back Fence.. lots of trees down too in Townsville north qld it’s been so humid hear and hot I nearly ended up in hospital from my kidney playing up from the heat.. my gp is monitoring it… ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊xxxxx

I don't know how you don't have a million WIPs because you have such a lovely collection of books and get so excited by them. I'm currently trying to finish up a bunch of WIPs. Including your colour along for The Castaway in RJ Hampson's Lost and Found.
You made me get my Klara book out. I just have Tenderful Enchantments. It's so pretty. And it loves pencils and watercolour pencils. I always wanted the aubergine coloured book because I thought the cover was just so pretty. But they are out of my price range these days and have been for some time.
I'm on a "no spend" year I think. Last year was really hard with my business doing so badly that I could not take an income from it (thanks to Brexit killing my EU sales and the UK cost of living crisis killing the UK sales) and although I have plans to improve things, so far I can't see it happening for a few months. So I shall live vicariously though you and enjoy your gifts and purchases with you on screen.

I also wish they would stop putting the circles around light sources. Especially the one on the hedgehog page is annoying. But I absolutely adore this new Mythographic book Fairy Wonderland and was enjoying to see, how you dive into it!

The Klara Markova hardback adult coloring books are expensive for us to buy here in the USA and I am still wanting to buy the first two Klara Markova hardback adult coloring books that are no longer published and no one has for sale anymore.

My husband and I usually go all out for Christmas but 2023 was a rough year for us and he had a lot of health problems and even ended up in the ICU at the beginning of the year because he is diabetic and we didn't know at that time and normal glucose is between 100-150 but his was 1101 and when glucose gets that high it makes them act like they don't know what's going on and they say things that don't make sense, so he was in the ICU until they got his glucose down. But anyway, he is back to work now and doing much better so he said I can spend $600 since he wasn't able to get me anything for Christmas! I've already spent $200 of it and I was thinking of what to get with the rest! There are several things that I want, plus a lot of books that I want, but it adds up very fast! I have Prismas and Polychromos, so I am deciding between Albrecht Durer pencils and Neocolor 2's. And I have "full set syndrome" so buying a smaller set of neocolor 2's is not an option in my crazy mind lol! Decisions, decisions!

Christmas 2023 was a huge bust for us, too! We did do Gifts for Our 2 Grandsons, but that was it! Things have gotten so much more expensive in California USA.
