    For the first time in Months I can walk normally again. Thank you so much, I tried everything but the Ball was the trick. I stretched the adductors, the Hip Flexor and the Rectus Femoris all the time, but this did the trick....🙌

    What I do is pressure the area with my elbow while sitting down. The process is a little painful, but the relief is worth it.

    Thanks a lot - really helps. What you describe seems to fit my symptoms. I also find that massaging the other side helps remove the ache. Other pressure points include the gluteus medialus.

    I've tried every exercise under the sun. Never tried to roll on a ball though, so I'll try it. I'm sore right where there groin meets the pubic bone. Thanks for the video I really hope it works I've been out of the gym for a long time now

    Hi, great video. When you describe the symptoms..it was as if you were describing mine. It took me 3 months to reduce the pain to a point at which I have started to exercise again. When do you recommend is the best time to start stretching and working that muscle again?

    Thanks cat for your nice video. I have groin pain since 2 months ago it's small muscle or tandon. When I pass the ball in football my right leg hurts. Even I can feel small crack voice inside my leg. Is this exercises good for me?

    Hlo mam i have pain in my thigh. One day when i running pain should start in march 2018 and never stop. I have message with move sprays and other but it doesn't remove pain. What i do now.***(sorry for my bad english)

    i have groin pain on my right leg when heavy squatting, which i believe is the pectineus muscle. would doing this stop the pain when squatting? thanks

      @@CatMatlock thanks so much! I saw all those videos and try them . My iliopsoas on right was very tight but showing some improvement but groin pain is not sticking. My inner thigh trigger point is not pain seems to be not improving. Progress is so slow after trying chiropractor, yoga class , stretches & exercises.

    I have groin pain on one side and there is no tenderness to the touch / massage no matter what I do
    and so I had assumed that it was not a muscle problem and had concluded that the issue is ligament or tendon
    Could it be the pectineus on one side ?

      @@CatMatlock Thanks Cat .. I am already familiar with using pillows (and tying the knees together) to stabilize the hips including the adductor magnus .. Maybe it will work if I continue to try consistently .. The gracilis idea is new to me .. I will look into that .. Thanks x

    Do you have any good stretches or ideas on how to open up the pubic area from the hips down to the pubic bone?
    I'm horribly tight there from tension.

      @@CatMatlock I did - the strength for lifting is there on ly the quads block the movement like a reflex.
