- Young Thug’s attorney Brian Steel argued with Judge Ural Glanville about addressing him inappropriately on several occasions in front of the jury. The argument comes after Glanville stated that he believes Steel was "unprepared." Atlanta rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, faces multiple charges under Georgia's RICO Act. Williams, believed to be the leader of the YSL collective, supposedly operated a "criminal street gang" from outside his residence. Williams faces eight charges in a 65-count indictment. These charges include drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, and participating in criminal gang activity as an individual employed by a criminal street gang.

I’m still trying to figure out why the state of GA is admitting Jimmy Winfrey’s indictment at all and what added value is there in doing so… Max Schardt explained this perfectly at the beginning of this video. All of these are individual crimes and nothing is linked to any gang activity. It has nothing to do with anyone sitting in the courtroom. Everyone guilty of a crime that has been brought up in this case is either currently serving time or has served time and is out on parole. This is really stretching to claim that all of this is intertwined and linked together for what I’ve seen presented to date. Bias in this trial is alive and well clearly favoring the prosecution.

Some of these comfort breaks come at peculiar times. Like when defense is negating a state witness's testimony or DA is losing an argument.

Every day she does that, can’t be mad at her for going hard, it’s the judges fault for allowing it. I’ve never seen a courtroom and judge operate in this manner. Once a judge makes his ruling then that’s it. Move on.

I can’t stand when Ms. Love shakes, rattles and rolls her head when the defense objects to questions. She does it in front of the jury. They shouldn’t be allowed to make faces shake their heads or make any noises to influence the jury. it’s freaking ridiculous what there doing

@@MrGrumpyGillsit's actually supposed to be a hard rule in the courtroom. Judges are supposed to tell them to immediately stop if they are doing that, it's completely unacceptable and not allowed. Also the witness isn't supposed to be making faces and laughing at attorneys. Maybe you haven't watched many trials and don't know this about head shaking and facial expressions.

Agree, this case transparently politically motivated. Their efforts to make a square peg fit into a round hole makes them look inept at best. I'm embarrassed for the state. More people would be held accountable, and a LOT less money spent had they just charged individuals.

@@supme7558it's kinda hard NOT to see what the prosecutors are doing. We're looking right at them.,lol and they aren't allowed to roll their eyes, shake their heads, make facial expressions, etc. the jurors see everything and there should be absolutely none of this because it could possibly persuade the jurors. And that's exactly what I've seen other judges (non biased ones) tell attorneys. Judges are required to stop them from doing that immediately...again, non biased judges. Not to mention this witness even laughing to the jurors when defense makes objections, as though he's their friend.
DA seems like she doesn't know much and relys on her team to do most of the work.
