TODAY'S RECIPE IS MANGO FRUTTI CAKE | পাকা আমের স্বাদে ভরপুর ম্যাংগো ফ্রুটি কেক, কালার বা এসেন্স ছাড়া | MANGO DESSERT | আমের কেক | MANGO CAKE
This moist, mango pound cake needs nothing more than a dusting of confectioner’s sugar to set off it’s classic looks. With rich tropical mango taste, and subtle notes of mango chunks, this easy cake is an excellent dessert to keep in mind when you have a houseful of guests during Eid.
Summers mark the OFFICIAL Mango season and it will not be fare if we don’t enjoy some delicious mango desserts. Isn’t it?
Can you believe, this is my first seasonal cake this year? Even though I love baking and addicted to baking cakes and desserts. Even at thought of making something sweet, my “savory” mind redirects me to a different route!
Infused with the luscious essence of mangoes. This tender, moist, and flavorful mango pound cake recipe cake is destined to win the hearts of your loved ones.
For similar reasons, cake I bake are often fruit cakes which need nothing more than dusting of powder sugar and a dollop of sweetened heavy cream, at the maximum! Such cakes can be served for an informal dessert course and are even great for tea-time snacking or a family brunch.
I specially love the fact that I can simply wrap the leftovers in plastic wrap and savor a slice with tea next day. Trust me, on contrary to box-mix, or artificial flavored cakes....... fresh fruit based cakes taste even BETTER the next day.
INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp oil
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup diced mangoes
2 tbsp flour
Mango puree as required
Enjoy!

কেক এর বাঙলাপিঠা।আপনি আগে আমদিয়ে বা কাঁঠাল দিয়ে তেলের পিঠা খাননি ।আপনি যদি নিরামিশ ভোজি হন তাহলে ডিমছাড়া কেক বানিয়ে খান।
