TODAY'S RECIPE IS MANGO YOGURT CREPE ROLL | সবার প্রিয় আম দইয়ের নতুন রূপ-ম্যাংগো ইয়োগার্ট ক্রেপ রোল | MANGO DESSERT | EID SPECIAL DESSERT | MANGO CREPE CAKE
This mango crepe roll is a delicious dessert that combines the sweetness of mangoes with the lightness of crepes and yogurt cream inside. It’s the perfect dessert for mango lovers. They are really light and refreshing with the perfect amount of sweetness.
First you make really thin crepes, add a thick layer of yogurt cream and chunks of fresh mango jelly and you fold them like a burrito.
Mango crepe rolls are surprisingly easy to make and they don’t take a lot of time. They are perfect for summer because this dessert is mostly fresh mango which is really refreshing. You can also change the mango for your favorite fruits, strawberries, raspberries, peach…
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup ripe mango
2 cups water
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoon agar-agar powder
2 room temperature eggs
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp + 1 teaspoon oil
3/4 cup mango milk
1/2 cup all purpose flour

খুব ভালো হয়েছে আপু। নতুন রেসিপি দেখলাম। ম্যাংগো মিল্ক না দিয়ে শুধু দুধ দিলে স্বাদ কি কম হবে? আর ময়দার বদলে চালের গুঁড়ো দিয়ে রুটি গুলো বানানো যাবে কি? সুন্দর রেসিপির জন্য অনেক ধন্যবাদ। ❤
ম্যাংগো মিল্ক ছাড়া শুধু দুধ দিয়েও হবে, স্বাদ কম হবে না। ময়দার পরিবর্তে চালের গুঁড়ো দেওয়া যাবে কিন্তু স্বাদ ও টেক্সচারের কিছুটা পরিবর্তন হবে। রোলটি খেতে কেকের মত কম এবং পাটিসাপটা পিঠার মত বেশি লাগবে।

একদম অল্প আঁচে বানানোর চেষ্টা করুন, অল্প একটু তেল ব্রাশ করে নিন।
