Good video, Thank you for showing this. I don't use fonts much in my work yet but I'd like to add some. I also prefer Studio for my SO design work because it's simple and quick. I think it is too expensive for what it does, but I still paid again this year. For the cost, they should be offering more features but it is very convenient.

Totally agree about the cost of Studio, but I think it's getting better with every new roll out. I wish they had a free form "drawing" feature. But I'm sure that would be a nightmare from the coding side

Great job explaining the new fonts. How small can you engrave single line letters? Thank you

Good question. The lettering in the video was approximately 5"x2". I'll use these fonts in an upcoming video on my main channel, which will be significantly smaller than these examples. When I finish that project, I'll link it to another video on this channel

I am starting to see how the shaper actually works in conjunction with the shaper tape. Correct me if I am wrong but, I'm guessing you don't have to be super accurate with your visual line tracing. This is the first time I've seen that the body of the shaper moves to compensate for any tracing inaccuracies, therefore producing the crisp lines. I've always seen the on board screen view and the finished product, I never realized the body shimmies and shakes also. I obviously haven't done much research on the shaper and am using your channel to slowly learn for it will be some time before I have the cash to own one of these bad boys.

You don't have to be accurate...just in the ballpark. Shaper autocorrects for you.

Precisely (so to speak). There's a circle on the screen that allows you to wander a mm or so away from the actual cut path, and Shaper will then compensate. If you syray too far outside of that circle, then Shaper auto retracts the bit

Pls fix your audio levels. This video has to be played at much higher volumes just to be audible.
