Its sad about making profits on someone else's misfortune. It is nice to be educated like you just did. It doesnt totally eradicate homelessness but helps one homeless person at a time,and that is a win.

yea its sad that we are focusing on profiting rather than an actual solution! We spend way more on homeless peoples medical bills then it would cost to provide them secure housing, truly sad...Appreciate you talking about this!

I've seen this firsthand. The Colorado Coalition for the Money- said they provided me with a safe space and yet were genuinly baffled when I asked them what the primary principles of trauma informed care are. I walked them through the checklist- they missed every single step & made no effort to rectify it. Even after I was kicked out of my home- (long story) the property manager followed me around Milk Bar eager to buddy up with me & see how I am. She was the one that kicked me out. It had only been six months, I was still homeless as a result of the horrible circumstances I was subject to. I walked away from her- like don't even... she followed me around like a puppy dog legit confused why I was upset with her. I had to shout at her to get her to get the picture she is not welcome around me. This is just a fraction of what I went through during my time being exploited by CCH.
So much homelessness that doesn't have to be for sure . 💯

It's a big government problem, not a homeless problem. Whenever big government isn't involved the problems seem to disappear on their own.

Read a tweet on Twitter yesterday quote tweeting a tik tok of a person harrassing a homeless person for views who wanted to be left alone. And I quote: “ The do-gooders have zero idea. I work with homeless and druggies on the daily. This shit makes me laugh. She probably already cost taxpayers around 1000 bucks that day with all the services we gift.
Don’t get me wrong, I make a lot of money off these people“
yeah thats nauseating. well that unfortunately speaks volumes about her. We are out here because we have been in their shoes and were able to get out. So now we have the opportunity to help others to pay back the help we gained.
