My favorite feature on this house is the balcony off of the Master suite and the screened in, two level back area. Big selling point!

I feel formal dining is outdated. I hardly use my dining room, it's like wasted space. I love a huge kitchen with informal dining.
Seems to be the case with most people these days. I prefer one huge open space as well.

Hey Kaitlin, they only have a few lots remaining and the cost for the lot with the boat dock ranges between 180k-200k. So total price for base plan and lot with a dock will be in the mid 500's-600K price range. These are all sold out unfortunately and lennar doesn't even offer the floorplan anymore. Hard to find lots with lakeview these days and if you do the builders want quite a premium for them.

No longer available but if I remember correctly it sold for around 500K
