Relocated in a year or two. Coming down in June to look around. Have to be in a safe area and not far from Trader Joe’s and Disney . This is awesome , I need an office and fence for dogs. Would love a pool too!! Thank you
Two things I did not like was the shower surround, and what were the floors made of. And can you get this house built else where in Florida? What about wall ovens and counter top ranges?

They don't have any official dates yet but we are all hoping by end of 2021 for it to be completed. 🤞🏾

Hi Marlon! Are there any beautiful good quality homes with good materials like this house in the $180K to $210K? 2 bedrooms are just fine. Don’t need a formal dining room. If so can you create a video of some. I really like your videos.

I'm retiring in 5 years and looking relocate in the Orlando area. My wife and I are considering 55+ communities , but open to just gated with no age restriction . What's most important is to be in a safe environment and remain active in our senior years . What do you recommend ?

Yes we do! Not the exact same floor plan but similar.
Anymore of these Marshalls coming?
They no longer sell the Marshall anymore unfortunately. But they do have some comparable called the Seneca that is popular now.

Great question!!!! Unfortunately for this neighborhood there isn't an option for gas. There are some things you can do to add gas to the property ( burying a tank) but imo it's not always worth it. Better off buying something in neighborhood with gas already established.
Do these homes come with all the furniture
They do not unless you buy a model home that they are offering the furniture along with the home.

Yes it's in Clermont right off of Highway 27 where the Sawgrass Bay Elementary school is.

The living room was narrow because you couldn't fit a couch and loveseat comfortably.

That is a great question my friend!! In Real Estate all sellers agree to pay a buyer's agent commission and the buyers will pay all the lender fees and costs associated with the loan. When you hire an agent like myself as a buyer's agent we both sign a legal agreement that ensures that you get full fudiciary representation on your purchase no matter the seller! I would be glad to explain more in detail if you would like?
