Wow!!! I can't believe the price on this home - with furniture included!! What an amazing and excellent steal! A huge, beautiful home with lovely finishes, a nice lot with very, very expensive traditional furniture and decor upgrades on the walls, etc. all throughout the home at that price? What is wrong? Is there a 20-foot alligator in the pond? lol I really love the sunroom right off the kitchen - what a great idea. This house's decor is done in some of my favorite colors too. I love the color navy mixed with orange, though navy, aqua, and golden yellow is my favorite combo. I'd probably have to alter some of the ceilings and walls with the deeper orange color though and change it to more of an actual orange color or better yet, a bright mango. Oh, just listen to me dreaming over this wonderful home. My husband and I are not quite ready to move yet but oh, I wish we were.

Wow! Real nice house for the price! I'm just a little confused about the two living rooms on first floor. I guess one would have to come up with something real special for that area.
One is a formal living room and the other is the family room.
Nice home. Lots of cabinets in the kitchen, not easy to find these days. Low ceilings, not the hotel lobby very high ceilings, sink in the laundry room. Many built is and a view from the upper level. Ceiling fans as well. Nice size master with good size closet space. Very nicely decorated with warm colors. Nobody ever shows the garage

The Home is Gorgeous...my issue is i do not see any real use for the Big Dining Room because its not very Practical. I understand it could be used for Thanksgiving and the kids sit near the Kitchen.
I know this is a silly question, but what do you mean when you say "model home"? Is it a 'turn key' home? Meaning move in ready?
The builder used this homes as their model. Now they are selling it to build another one in the new phase of the community.
Wt will be cost to build this home on yr own lot... I have lot in South Florida
@@PaulBaker007 When you buy a model home in any development, does it include the furniture and decor; wall-hangings, drapes, etc? I've heard that sometimes it does for some builders or sometimes a deal can be struck if you want certain items that are in the home.

Nice home, great price. Do not like the property. That orange color and blue together not for me. Do not like darker brown or beige. I like airy colors, pale blues or aquas.
