He doesn't want to see their kids a b team on £10k a week, spoiled rotten etc. At least at Celtic he will always have that challenge, taking us into the UCL then doing something with it and bringing through his own players to make an impact. Ange is on record as seeing these challenges are what "gets him out of bed in the morning".

He's right about the A-league at long last giving youth a chance. Well overdue and the more the better. Good to see a new wave of managers too. The sad part is that all the young prospects head o/s and the A-league loses out. However seeing the young kids succeed is great. I'd be getting the 2 Kuol boys and Lewis MIller signed up to to the Socceroos asap. I'd love to hear what Ange thinks about Aussie soccer.
I’m glad Ange is at the club and he won 2 trophies in his first season is unbelievable BUT! Our performance this season has not been consistent so that is what I will be expecting in the new season!! There has been some games where I thought wow how we press and play and then some games I thought we did not play well and looked deflated and tired and not gelled getting across the line so expect this in the new season as there were games we play really poor so consistency in new season
I get what you're saying,mate, but all things considered, this guy was left to pick up the pieces of a team that was done. (Board again) He basically brought back a Celtic team that was a shadow of what it once was.... and all in the space of a season.....which I don't think anybody thought could be done. I think this guy is going to build a team that can not only dominate Scottish football, but I also believe he will start to make inroads in Europe also ....not saying he's going to win anything there, but I think he will give Celtic back the recognition in Europe that has been missing too long. Agnes tactics are old school with a modern spin IMO. If you can get your team playing high pressure football and fight as a unit from the first to the last minute,you can only be happy with the results. Theres nothing worse than parking the bus and saying “ah well that didn’t work”. My only worry is with playing “bigger” teams 💰, you need to have something they don’t have. I think it’s a hard one but the 1 thing we’re lacking a little bit is strength,we need a strong anchor Bhoy for CDM to break up play. Broony/Wanyama where great examples,Soro isn’t cutting it with his passing/ composure and Cal isn’t the strongest against bigger forwards. I might be blabbing on but I’ve seen us struggle to get the ball back a bit too often,some teams will out play is with strength. On the big nights you need grit and fight, strong physical players will help us with that. Not everyone is Cal Mac or meada, they’ll run out if steam and get brushed aside with 💪🏻 😂 It’s not just Ange thinking of more success,us fans want more 💪🏻😂
I think that's the point. He is trying to take Celtic back to being one of the "bigger" teams in Europe. His whole ethos is for his team to play their own way and not care how big or talented the opposition is.

GVB a total football coach with true Dutch quality, and for that reason, I truely believe that Ange has not been challenged throughout a full season. His European adventure was dismal, and this is not the J league, hence his European adventure. Let’s look at his adventure when he starts against a full GVB squad🤔. But hey he’s the next stein🤔, because we all know Australia has one of the best football ethos around the world , just like Japan 🤔.

I get what you're saying,mate, but all things considered, this guy was left to pick up the pieces of a team that was done. (Board again) He basically brought back a Celtic team that was a shadow of what it once was.... and all in the space of a season.....which I don't think anybody thought could be done.
I think this guy is going to build a team that can not only dominate Scottish football, but I also believe he will start to make inroads in Europe also ....not saying he's going to win anything there, but I think he will give Celtic back the recognition in Europe that has been missing too long. HH.

If you can get your team playing high pressure football and fight as a unit from the first to the last minute,you can only be happy with the results.
Theres nothing worse than parking the bus and saying “ah well that didn’t work”.
My only worry is with playing “bigger” teams 💰, you need to have something they don’t have.
I think it’s a hard one but the 1 thing we’re lacking a little bit is strength,we need a strong anchor Bhoy for CDM to break up play.
Broony/Wanyama where great examples,Soro isn’t cutting it with his passing/ composure and Cal isn’t the strongest against bigger forwards.
I might be blabbing on but I’ve seen us struggle to get the ball back a bit too often,some teams will out play is with strength.
On the big nights you need grit and fight, strong physical players will help us with that.
Not everyone is Cal Mac or meada, they’ll run out if steam and get brushed aside with 💪🏻 😂

I watched the cup final and the 3rd rated club Hearts can't field a full team of competent players. So making the leap from SPFL to champions league is going to be a huge challenge. I think the challenge will pique Ange's interest for a couple of years yet.
