All of us Celtic fans love Ange and will be gutted when he moves on. It is a shame that we don't have the budget or the recruitment sorted to strengthen for the Champions League, but if he at least gets us in the group stage the next few seasons, hopefully we'll start to build a budget and get better recruitment and things will look better there for us.
Ange made it clear, if it wasn’t always clear, that Celtic will never win a CL via the club’s financials. What he will continue to do is build as big as he can with what he has got and his Plan for success Europe is to be on the front foot and try to make even the best uncomfortable. The best faltering, having a little doubt, is Celtic’s only chance of beating the best with any consistency. No guarantee of improvement on the scoreboard in Europe but any other approach will continue to fail for mine. Ange gives Celtic a chance. 👍
We will never be able to compete financially with European clubs due to the financial restraints due to Scotland being a Very Small Country! The Lisbon Lions were fortunate to be able to do what they did on skill, before money decided how good you were! As long as Ange generates the excitement Celtic supporters love and are used to he will do for me!👏🙏🏻🥂👍🇮🇪

Got give the man some credit , managing Celtic or for that matter Rangers is one of the hardest manager jobs in world football . Your playing in a weak league and you are expected to do very well domestically ,fail at this level and your gone. Your never have the option of an open budget to recruit the best ,and if you did how many elite player would wish to play in a what is in reality a minor league. So you have to first find the diamonds in the rough at a bargain price and develop that talent ,just to know that the big clubs are going to swoop. Then your expected to compete against the best clubs in Europe , fully aware of your teams limitations , in both underdeveloped talent and experience at this level . Ange's next problem may be recruiting . Every player he may now consider will be a target for bigger clubs seems he has a good eye for talent. Celtic is a hard gig , The one thing it does provide for the club is the chance at a miracle , some thing clubs like Madrid have forgotten about , it expected there year in year out.
You keep saying bigger clubs, but what you really mean is richer clubs, playing in financially doped leagues.. Most of the clubs in the richest 5 leagues don't come anywhere near Celtic's standing in the history of football..

Ange said it was after the 2nd champions league game, that was on the 18th September. At that point celtic had lost only one league goal.

Paul the Highlands is everything north west of the fault line that splits Scotland in two, in runs from Helensburgh roughly in a straight line to Stonehaven where it takes a left turn up to Nairn, it does miss Loch lomond but Helensburgh is parallel to the bottom half of Loch lomond, funnily enough technically the likes of Aberdeen are in the lowlands of Scotland.
