Hot Rod Power Tour 2024 - Day 2 - Nashville Superspeedway

On to day 2 of the Hot Rod Power Tour 2024. The second stop is at Nashville Superspeedway in Lebanon, TN. On our way out we saw a beautiful 1971 Dodge Charger, and had to stop and ask about it. Then the next morning we looked at a 1955 Ford Gasser.

The Ford gasser guys - to me they display the spirit of what HRPT is. These guys were great to talk to, had ZERO fear about driving this car from NY, AND had a sense of humor. TBH, when I first saw him in the lobby (he was wearing the helmet in the hotel) I thought he had lost a bet or was part of some first-timer rules from another group .. awesome to see someone driving a car that was not easy to be in... because they LOVE IT. HOPE TO SEE YOU GUYS NEXT YEAR!
