This video is about Giving Random Londoners Lecheflan (FILIPINO FOOD). So we collaborated with CZcamsrs PM21AM to make the delicious filipino food and filipino dessert know as leche flan. we were asking them how to make leche flan as we had no clue! They told use the leche flan cake recipe and we decided to cook filipino dessert leche flan together and do a public taste test. We gave leche flan to londoners and let them react to filipino food and filipino desserts. it is surprising how Londoners react to filipino food. londoners ask what the leche flan ingredients are and found filipino food delicious and tasty. they thought the lecheflan was smooth, creamy and masarap! So this video was a first time collaboration, we loved seeing foreigners try and foreigners taste filipino leche flan. leche flan is the most popular dessert from the philippines in south east asian. we often eat leche flan at parties.

you should have added some lemon juice to cut through the oily taste of the egg and reduce sweetness
The liquid mixture was too bubbly, should've strained it so it could've been very soft and I also think you forgot to add lemon juice and vanilla extract 😊 lemon juice balances the flavor of it being sweet, I also think you added too much condensed milk. The caramelized sugar is already sweet 😁

try to make the no hole bubbles version of leche flan by straining it multiple times to make sure there's no bubbles believe me it taste much better

I'll give you a cooking tip for your leche flan. I heard that a lady tasted it and said, 'spongey'. You must strain the egg and milk mixture with a strainer before pouring it on the pan with the caramelized sugar. This will make your flan more smooth. And add at least 2 or 3 egg whites per pan. The standard numbers of egg yolks per recipe is 8. But anyway you were brave enough to show and share our culture to other Londoner.

and also, u need to cook it in a very llow heat to avoid the bubbles..

@@biggytravels Another tip is when you have to use paper as a cover when you are steaming it instead of using foil. Because the paper absorbs too much water from the steam

use eggyolk only to make it smoother, no bubbles, and itll be creamier.. add some lemon zest too..slice them in cubes for food testing..

It was overbeat that's why it has a lot of bubbles.
The best ratio for leche flan were 8 eggyolks, 1 can condensed milk, 1 can evaporated milk, put some vanilla essence, mix it with fork then steam for 45mins. You will thank me later 😘😘..
