- January marks the anniversary of the Euro currency. To celebrate TransferGo have created a video that delves into the introduction, history and evolution of money, looking at how we come to have the different currencies we have today. Money has changed considerably since it was first introduced and the video, created in a fun cartoon format, takes us on a journey from when the first coins were issued in around 600 B.C, to the modern day digital age, where electronic money services have emerged allowing people to quickly and efficiently transfer money to countries all over the world. POV: you’re doing online school
lol
Yes
That's what I was doing when I was watching this lol
Yes, That's what I was doing
Exactly
Great video. I recommend the author to turn down the background noise. It drowns the narrator out way too much.
POV: you’re doing your schoolwork, or you better be 👀
Derpy Chibi I am 😂😂

I have to do a passion project about it lol it is so hard and annoying

The background music is too loud. Finding it hard to focus :/
I’m just watching this for school. But the music was really distracting.
Lol 😂
I´d have used this video for my class but the music is so loud it's too distracting. It's a pity because it's very interesting.
This video is really good.

MUSIC TOO LOUD!!!
Great video. However, the person in 0:50 is not Chinese. He is wearing the Korean traditional clothes which are called Hanbok (the one on the video is wearing what Korean kings used to wear). Please check before uploading it. Thanks
The banknote was invented by Chinese. Do you read really?
Great video, but the background sound is much too loud and seriously disturbing.
Good video 😀
It is
Please help me! I have my captions on and volume up to the loudest but I just cannot figure out what that word is. I'm on 2:26 of the video. Thanks a lot. :)
I found this:
The Spanish dollar coin was worth eight and could be physically cut into eight pieces, or "bits," to make change -- hence the colloquial name "pieces of eight." The dollar coin could also be cut into quarters, and "two bits" became American slang for a quarter dollar, or 25 cents.
'Reales' (real) is the word the narrator uses, which is the monetary unit of Brazil. Hope this helps!
You need to lower the music and sound effects volume.
How so you do that?
the music is way to loud i cant hear your voice
ok karen
@@katysmith965 wtf how am I a Karen 😂
@@katysmith965 wtf. they're not being a karen 😂
he or she is just stating an OBVIOUS fact.
@@katysmith965 the word “karen” isn’t used for anyone who complains, it’s people who complain about little things and actively want to start drama
POV: You are looking for an idea how to present your shit on online school😂
It is a greart video thax
The sound is kind of low

Yes you are right
It looked like a music video, rather than an educational video.

You are a VERY smart man

This music is just eargasming! So minimalistic :)

Very loose. Be nice if you mentioned where it's value had derived. It was once backed by gold. What is it backed by now? That's just as important to the story, maybe more important
Research the petrodollar / fiatcurrencies

This video is absolute rubbish. You completely skip over important things like fiat currency, central banking, gold standard, inflation, etc. You reveal your bias when you say "money finally reached the digital age" as if money is somehow better now when in actuality it's never been easier to counterfeit, manipulate, steal, and launder than ever before. Virtual goods will never outvalue physical goods.
