    Thankyou for all this information, I will work upon trigger points. To work on stretch/heal the long and short neck extensors. Thankyou for your explanations
    Yes lifting arms in front to drive car causes tension headaches, and tight trapezius. Tight occipital area, inter cranial pressure at times.
    Yes compression of vertebral arteries will affect behind left eye area. Eyesight and balances affected. Reading too difficult. I will do the eyesight exercises. Thankyou

    Thank you, Dr. Alekseev, your knowledge is appreciated. Could bone spurs in the neck cause this?

      Look into The Epley maneuver.I have Meniers disease and it really does help but after you must sleep at a 45 degree angle for 2 nights in a row. Look on CZcams.it really does work.
      I have not tried salt but someone told me that if you put salt that has some iodine in it and a little bit on your tongue it helps. Every time I see my Doctor he says EAT More Salt but never says why and I don't ask. I have to ask him why. I am not a fan of too much salt.

    I think the exercises he talked about have been shared already. Like the use of a golf ball to remove muscle spams in the back of the neck, lower back, the calf etc before exercise and the eye movement exercises for sight restoration.
    But all in all, another demo could have nailed it.
    Thanks Dr Alekseev for the great infor your continue to share.

    I remember you talking about Osteopathy in the west and it being untrustworthy. Do I remember that correctly?

    This guy is a master but the translation makes it almost impossible. Why can’t someone help him with translation? It’s jumbled talking in circles.

    • @jeannettealdridge3122
      @jeannettealdridge3122 Před 2 měsíci +1

      I think he is using a translator machine. Some of it is weird. Bits pop in that have nothing to do with the subject being talked about. He is probably not able to understand the translation so he doesn't realize it. There was even some non-english about getting out of Ukraine! But it's entertaining and useful information. I would assume he's experimenting with the new AI translates. A human translater wouldn't repeat words and suddenly jump to new sentences without finishing the last or add in irrelevant conversation.
