I love this. I am an American trained Physician Assistant, and have been working here for 33 years, the last 10 years in a wonderful Refugee Clinic. I'm really interested in Public Health. I love to learn all about the NHS and the role of Physician Associate's in the UK. This was a great video, really helpful. Thank you!
Both name are the same , in America we say physician assistant and in the UK physician associates. But PA in America can Prescribe medication, diagnose and treat can also order X-ray and CT scans.
Very informative video thank you 🙏🏼 for sharing.
Hey Nanelle, I love your channel. I’m so intrigued by the nurse experience all over the world. I love what you doing for us. I am a RN, originally from Jamaica but I’ve been in the USA most of my life now. I live in Ga, around the greater Atl area. I’m a travel nurse, I have multiple specialties ICU, PACU and med surg. I also am a charge nurse. I would love to contribute to the dialogue in nursing community. God bless you.

Hello I believe this was answered in the video. It was made mention that only US or UK trained PAs can work in the UK. So if you have done your training anywhere outside of the US or UK you would have to do your training in one of the two places to work in the UK
I am a PA from the US. I would like to move to London. How difficult is it to apply??
Hi, I am a PA in the UK. It's actually not that difficult especially as the PA course is more established in the US they are open to US candidates
I have trained for the best part of 15 years. I have multiple memberships at various royal colleges.
PA are not just like doctors!
Laughable to think that you do the same job as a GP.
Get a life and get off her page if you have nothing productive to say.
Laughable to think GPs even do anything 😂😂
