I'm in Argentina right now and there is no one cooking or selling any of these items. Infact, they don't eat much chicken. They are beef consumers. This cooking is a Korean fantasy 😇!

I once lived one year in Argentina, but this don’t look like Argentina cuisine asado.
Nose en qué parte de argentina estuviste, pero acá si se come mucho pollo y cerdo también. En los 90 se parrillaban pollos de a montones pero esas si eran parrilladas de verdad no esto que es a horno

En más de 45 años de vida que tengo,jamás en Argentina para asar un pollo,se ha usado esos ingredientes!! Esto es cualquier cosa menos pollo asado al estilo Argentino!!

@Arieta acá en Argentina hay mucha gente de Corea no sé si sur o norte pero a lo mejor pueda cumplir su sueño.
Me gusta mucho mirar como cocinan los otros países y me gusta cocinar lástima que son muy pocos los que traducen los ingredientes como para saber, en fin le agradezco el comentario saludos 🤗

Definitely some are not korean food, most of the foods they prepared and cook are infused with American, Japanese, Italian and Chinese.
Most of korean traditional food are less in spices and herbs.
I enjoyed seeing the adjustable grilling setup.
Being a foreigner, these videos give great insight into Korean culture and their food! Maybe one day I'll be there in person to try the food myself!
But hopefully in South and not North-Korea

칭찬을 안할수가 없는 매장이네요. 고생하고 노력하는.. 그 정성도 정성이지만, 업장에 맞게 대량생산 최적화되어있고.. 특히 소스와 치킨을 중심으로.. 그에 걸맞는 면, 밥, 매쉬포테이토 등.. 궁합을 맞춘것에서 사장님의 요리 열정과 내공이 옅보입니다.
멸치볶음.. 대체 어디다 쓰나.. 한참 궁금햇던게 저만은 아니잖아요. ㅎㅎ;; 단순 토핑 하나를 위해 그정도 정성이면.. 고객이 모를래야 모를수가 없겟네요.. ㅎㅎ

회전율때문이겠지만 위아래로 움직이는 아르헨티나식 파리야그릴이 있음에도 오븐으로 닭을 거의 80% 조리하고 숯불향만 입히는 수준으로 마무리하는게 좀 아쉽.

조리할 때 코팅팬을 사용하고
담아 나갈 때 무쇠 팬을 사용하는건 조금 아쉽네요..
중국집 주방처럼 철판팬을 사용한다면...정말 좋겠어요..
그 많은 양을 조리할 때 코팅팬을 자주 바꾼다해도 문제는 되지요..
요즘에는 많이 무겁지 않은게 종류별 많이 있더군요~
그 외에는 모두 칭찬할 만합니다~
